Refund Policy
At MJ’s, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, our team will review your request and work to make it right within the guidelines below.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Refunds cannot be issued for items that show signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery.
- Refunds will exclude shipping costs and any applicable handling fees.
In-Store Purchases and In-Store Returns
For purchases made in store customers may request a refund within 7 days. No refunds or exchanges will be given without proof of purchase and a valid photo ID.
Online Orders
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of the product’s delivery date. Refunds will be issued either to the original form of payment, or store credit at our team's discretion. Alternatively for online orders, you may visit us in store at our Champlain Square location to request a refund.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please Contact Us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for the request. Once your refund has been reviewed and approved, we’ll process it promptly.
Exclusions
- Opened, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for a refund.
- Clearance and final-sale items are non-refundable.
- Price adjustments are not available on prior purchases.
