In-Store Pickup

Currently in-store pick up is only available at our Champlain Square location (7130 Kerr St, Vancouver). In-store pick up is available during our regular store hours. If you order outside of our regular store hours and select in-store pick up, the product can be picked up at the next opening time.

Store Hours

Our retail store hours are:

• Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm
• Saturday 9:30am to 5:30pm
• Sunday Closed
• Holidays Closed

Our online store order fulfillment hours:

We fulfill online orders as they arrive Monday to Friday during our retail store hours.

The online store does not ship on holidays or weekends as Canada Post doesn’t pick up on weekends or holidays. If we have everything in stock, orders will usually go out same day or next day. If we do not have stock, a next day transfer is made to ship the following day.

If a product that you have ordered is not available or on back order, you will receive an email from us before your order has been shipped out. We will offer to hold your order & ship everything once the missing product(s) are back in stock. Alternatively we can issue a refund or credit for the missing product(s).

Shipping Cost

Orders shipped within Canada with a subtotal of $99 or more before tax qualify for free shipping.

We do not ship outside of Canada currently.

Anytime your subtotal drops below $99 in Canada, this includes using coupons, points or price matching, you will be charged a flat shipping rate charge of $12.99.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent as soon as the parcel is packed. Which is trackable late afternoon/early evening on the same day the order is packed, once Canada Post scans the order in.
