Dosage
Recommended adult dose: 1–2 capsules 3 times daily, a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For occasional use only.
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 week.

Caution
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have kidney or liver disorder, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face, and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage as it may cause indigestion, nausea, and vomiting. Consult a health care practitioner if urine flow problems persist beyond one week. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have gall bladder diseases and/or intestinal obstruction. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat, and/or difficulty breathing. Keep out of the reach of children.
