Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B3 (niacin) that does not typically cause the flushing effect associated with other niacin forms. Each capsule provides 500mg, available in 90-capsule and 180-capsule sizes. Vegetable capsules for adults.

Each vegetable capsule contains:
Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) 500 mg

Other ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and silicon dioxide in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Directions of Use
Adults: Take one capsule 1–2 times per day with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. For reducing the risk of actinic keratosis: Take 2 capsules per day with food. For all other uses: Take 1 capsule per day with food or as directed by a health-care practitioner.

Warnings
Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Cautions and warnings: Not for use in children under 18 years old. This product is not recommended for pregnant or nursing women. This product does not intend to replace the need to apply sunscreen and/or to follow effective sun protection measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of sunburn, skin cancer, and early skin aging. This product is not intended to treat actinic keratosis, an early skin lesion that may precede nonmelanoma skin cancer. If you suspect you may have an actinic keratosis, consult your health-care practitioner prior to use.
