New Roots Herbal Plant Sterols is a non-GMO source of free plant sterols (from soy), including beta-sitosterol, campesterol, and stigmasterol, providing 1.2 g of sterols per ½ teaspoon serving. Plant sterols are structurally similar to cholesterol and traditionally used to help maintain healthy cholesterol levels by helping reduce the intestinal absorption of LDL ("bad") cholesterol. Easily stirred into shakes, smoothies, soups, stews, or sauces. Suggested use: adults take ½ teaspoon (1.2 g) once or twice daily with food.

Directions of Use
