CanPrev’s Iron Bis·Glycinate 20 contains iron bisglycinate, a chelated iron that is easy to absorb, gentle on the stomach and doesn’t cause gastrointestinal upset like those that contain ferrous sulphate can.

Each 20 mg capsule of elemental iron is enhanced with vitamins C, B6, B12 and folic acid, all cofactors that help in the absorption and assimilation of iron for the production of healthy red blood cells.

Directions
Adults (19 years and older) - Take 1 - 2 capsules per day with food. Take a few hours before or after other medications. 400mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women to reduce the risk of neural tube defects. Ask a healthcare practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional folate before taking this product.

Cautions & Warnings
Stop use if • hypersensitivity occurs. When taking this product • some people may experience constipation, diarrhea and/or vomiting. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child.
