Directions
Adults take 3 capsules 3 times per day. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy. For use beyond 6 months, consult a health care practitioner.

Warnings
Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners/anticoagulants, birth control pills or hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or if you are breastfeeding. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if menstruation is delayed or absent, or if you experience increased menstrual bleeding time.

Contraindications: Do not use this product if you are pregnant, have diarrhea or haemorrhagic diseases, or hypermenorrhoea/ profuse menstrual flow/heavy periods

Known adverse reactions: Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience breast pain, discomfort and/or tenderness.

Keep out of reach of children. Safety sealed with inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Store at room temperature
