Organic, first cold-pressed black cumin seed oil (Nigella sativa) softgels from New Roots Herbal. Each softgel provides 500 mg of hexane-free oil standardized to 50% linoleic acid and 20% oleic acid, with natural vitamin E (mixed tocopherols from sunflower) added for stability. The softgel shell is made from bovine gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.

Traditionally used to help relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, itchy eyes, and nasal congestion. Non-GMO and free of gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavours or colours, starch, and sugar.

Directions of Use
Adults: Take 2 softgels three times daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium, or copper, take this product a few hours before or after them.
