Copper supplement providing 2 mg of copper (from copper citrate) per vegetable capsule. Copper supports energy production, connective tissue development, red blood cell formation (alongside iron), and has antioxidant properties. Often used to offset the copper depletion associated with zinc supplementation.

Directions of Use
Children 6–8 years old: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Children 9–13 years old: Take 1–2 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
