Recommended dose
Adults take 1 capsule per day 2 hours after a meal on an empty stomach (i.e. before going to bed or after waking up).

Hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.
