Organic Psyllium Husk Powder (Certified Organic), a natural source of dietary fiber, mainly soluble fiber, is a great supplement to reduce calorie value by replacing starch. Psyllium husk contain more than 80 percent total dietary fiber (65-70 percent soluble, 10-15 percent insoluble), 5 times more soluble fiber than wheat or oat bran.
